The auction:
press the [BUY] button on the homepage, or scroll down on the homepage and go to [Auction]. You will find a list of items that all have seperate links wich show product details and the bidding page.
If you want to place a bid, enter your name and email (url is not neccessary) and place your bid. An email will notify when someone has overbid you and you can bid again.
The auction ends the 31st of december. When you have won the bid you will recieve an email and payment and shipping will be communicated.
Payment:
Payment is handled with Paypal. Its easy and safe. If you don’t have a Paypal account, go to www.paypal.com and create your account. Bank transfer is possible, please send me an email at alex@alexanderfielden.com. Creditcard payments are not possible.
Pricing is without shipping costs and possible costume service costs. Please check with your local postal service what extra costs can be.
Delivery:
When transfur is recieved, delivery of your item, within Europe will be done within 2 to 5 days. Outside of Europe 3 to 7 days.
Return policy:
Returning of you item can only be done if there is a technical failure to the item. If so, then notify us by sending an email within 7 days. We will look into the problem and will always go for a repair, if possible so you can enjoy your purchase.
If the problem can not be solved we will take care of refunding your money within 10 workingday after we recieved the item back,
